How do I cancel my Premium subscription?
Open the Settings app on your iPhone โ Apple ID โ Subscriptions โ Motiva โ Cancel Subscription.
I was charged but my Premium is not active.
Open the app โ Coach tab โ tap "Restore Purchase". If the issue persists, contact us at support@orryu.com.
How do I delete my data?
All your data is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app removes all data permanently.
The AI Coach is not responding.
Make sure you have an active internet connection. If the problem continues, please contact us.
