Motiva ("we", "our", or "the app") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Data We Collect

• Local data only: Your tasks, habits, and progress are stored entirely on your device. We do not collect or store this data on our servers.
• AI Coach messages: Messages you send to the AI Coach are transmitted to our server to generate responses. They are not stored or logged after processing.
• Subscription data: Premium subscription status is managed by Apple (App Store) and RevenueCat. We do not have access to your payment information.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• We do not collect your name, email, or personal information
• We do not track your location
• We do not sell your data to third parties
• We do not use advertising SDKs

Third-Party Services

• RevenueCat: Used for subscription management. RevenueCat Privacy Policy →
• Anthropic (Claude AI): Powers the AI Coach feature. Messages are processed via their API. Anthropic Privacy Policy →
• Apple App Store: Handles all payments and subscriptions.

Data Deletion

All your data is stored locally on your device. To delete all data, simply delete the app. For any additional requests, contact us at support@orryu.com.

Children's Privacy

Motiva is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
