1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Motiva ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using the App.
2. Use of the App
Motiva is an AI-powered motivation and habit coaching application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content through the App
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Motiva offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Monthly Premium: Billed monthly
- Yearly Premium: Billed annually
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings. No refund will be provided for the unused portion of any term.
4. Apple Standard EULA
This App is subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, which includes the Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). The Standard EULA applies to your use of the App and is available at: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
5. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Motiva and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
6. Disclaimer
Motiva is not a medical or mental health service. The AI coaching content provided is for motivational and informational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health concerns.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motiva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
